Radio 4EB is looking for volunteers to join us to promote the radio station and our values at the Paniyiri event in Brisbane!

The festival is set to take place on the 20st and 22nd of May at the Musgrave Park and The Greek Club in South Brisbane. With over 60,000 attendees each year, it’s one of Brisbane’s most popular multicultural events and also Australia’s longest running Cultural Festival will be celebrating its 47th year in Brisbane this year.

There will be Greek honey puffs, charcoal-grilled and spit-roasted meats, skewered pork and many others traditional Greek food set up throughout the festival. You can also watch traditional Greek dance performances, listen to live music, and even learn some Greek dancing yourself.

For families, there’s a kids’ zone where children can participate in a range of activities, meanwhile it is free entry for kids under 12 years old, including face painting, mini-zoo and different kind of shops. For those interested in history, there’s the Greek Orthodox Church tours, where you can learn about the rich history and architecture of the Greek Orthodox faith.

If you would like to volunteer for 4EB at the Paniyiri event, please email [email protected] or call the station on (07) 3240 8600
