The European Union and Human Rights Watch are among a list of organisations who have accused Russia of carrying out war crimes in the town of Bucha, north west of the capital.
Ukrainian soldiers regaining control of the recently liberated town of Bucha found heavily devastated streets, littered with brutalised bodies. The mayor in Bucha said over 300 residents were killed while Russia occupied the area.
