The newly installed Labor government is cautioning the wait for the much-anticipated snowy hydro project 2.0 will be longer as the energy project faces significant delays.
It comes after state and federal energy ministers met to draft a series of reforms that aim to secure energy supply and diminish prices as the east coast is in the midst of a deepening energy crisis. The coalition has flagged nuclear energy as a potential solution to the energy shortage.
