The 2022 Lord Mayor’s Refugee Welcome Ceremony was held Thursday 5 May @ Ithaca Auditorium, Brisbane City Hall to welcome refugees to the City of Brisbane and provide information and services to assist them in their everyday lives. The ceremony began with a speech from the Lord Mayor, guest speakers, an acknowledgement to country, performances, catering and refreshments. A brilliant day – kudos to Brisbane City Council and our thanks for having us.
